Sharon falls onstage in birthday concert

Every year, fans of Megastar Sharon Cuneta flock to the Araneta Coliseum for her birthday celebration. This year, however, an unfortunate incident marred an otherwise glittering event on Tuesday, January 11, with the who's who in show business in attendance. Sharon met an accident onstage, falling down while singing a duet with Billy Crawford.
In her recent tweets, KC Concepcion confirmed that her mom was not feeling well after the accident and had to be rushed to the hospital.
"After the show mom felt some pain in her neck and back and also had dizzy spells. She was brought to the ER, all is clear, exhaustion lang," KC tweeted.
KC also said Sharon's supporters should have nothing to worry about because the Megastar is now safe at home and feeling much better.
"Mom is home, no more pain.Tnx for ur concern!," added KC.

Like her previous birthday concerts, Sharon's celebration this year lived up to expectations. Kapamilya artists graced the event with production numbers.
KC's presentation was the highlight of the concert when she performed a dance routine with Sam Milby, resembling a performance in Cirque du Soleil.
Piolo Pascual, who is being rumored to be dating KC, was present in the event as well as other Kapamilya stars like Jericho Rosales, Sarah Geronimo, Toni Gonzaga, Melai Cantiveros, Jason Francisco, Lani Misalucha and many more.
Sharon turned 45 last January 6. She first celebrated her birthday with her relatives and closest friends in her residence at Ayala Westgrove in Sta. Rosa Laguna.

Hahaha, mukhang duda ka ha? Wala nga akong nakitang photo o video nang pagkahulog niya. Pero sa tingin ko ay hindi naman mgasisinungaling si Shawie kung talagang nahulog siya.
