Personal Profile - (Quoted verbatim from her own personal profile) - I am a single, evangelical, born-again Christian woman, child of the swinging 60s. A teacher by profession, but changed gears when disability- in the sound and light realm struck. Now I am a care giver to my widowed mom and business manager of our small church (voluntary service). The purpose of my blog is to share the trials and triumphs of life in India and encourage friends to pray for us. You can call it a cross cultural blog.
Technical Features - The blog is very feminine in its approach. The template and over-all layout are above average from other run of the mill blogs. Amrita has a special banner that features "Unreached People of the Day" that solicits prayers for the person featured. Color combination of the blog is very aesthetically done. There is a feeling of peace and tranquility in her blog.

Contents - Yesu Garden is a cross cultural blog that blends the best of Christianity with the cultural heritage of India. Posts are varied- from personal anecdotes to current events happening in India or in her local church where she is an active leader. Her posts are replete with simplicity and sincerity reflecting her straightfoward nature and she writes with a passion from the heart. Her articles often features cultural activities of romantic India and offers a glimpse of life in a typical Indian village. Amrita is a dear Christian friend of mine whose devotion to Christ and her Christian faith is unsullied. Many tired Christian souls have found a haven of refuge and rest in her garden.
